Occasionally, tasks cannot be completed as planned due to factors beyond our control, such as awaiting necessary documents from a client. When such instances arise, follow these steps to ensure smooth task management.
Begin by accessing the specific task you need to postpone. Click on the task to open it.

Next, update the task's date to a future date, for example, the 14th.

Provide a reason for the postponement. Navigate to the associated deal or profile and record a note explaining the reason for the delay.

Add a note and complete the process by confirming the changes.
