
This document provides a comprehensive guide to navigating the platform, accessing your projects, managing submissions, and utilizing various features to effectively handle your tasks and responsibilities.
Upon logging in using your SingPass account, you will be directed to the main dashboard. This page serves as your starting point, where you can access and manage your submissions and tasks effectively.

Here, you will find a display of all the projects you are involved with, categorized under "My Projects." This includes both current and past projects. To view your personal account details, utilize the "My Profile" function, which provides comprehensive information regarding your profile.

Your profile will display all information retrieved from My Info, such as your name, firm name, and NRIC. This section is for personal viewing only and ensures that your details are up-to-date.

Consolidated information from your profile will be automatically included in any submissions where you are part of a project. The platform also offers a "Manage Assistant" feature, allowing you to add assistants to help with submission preparations. However, tasks requiring declarations must be completed by the qualified individual.

This feature becomes available once your CorNetX account is active. On the "My Projects" page, you will see detailed features of each project, including an automatically generated project reference number and the determined submission process stage.

Projects may be part of the gateway submission process, identified under categories such as DG, PG, or CG. Additional project features include a submission workspace, the ability to appoint project members, facilitate payments, and utilize modules like site inspection bookings.

Within each project, the Submission Milestone Dashboard is available. It tracks important submissions, such as DG, PG, and construction gateways, displaying their statuses and any outstanding WDs. The dashboard also includes a "Project Overview" component.

The Project Overview records all standardized project information inputted by the project coordinator. This shared information is applicable across all submissions related to the project, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
