This document provides a concise overview of using the timesheet barcode system to log and manage tasks efficiently. Follow the steps outlined below to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of your work activities.
Begin by selecting "Timesheet Barcode" to initiate the process.

Your user profile will be automatically recognized by the system. Proceed to scan the task barcode, which can be accessed by downloading and printing the task labels.

Each task has designated "in" and "out" barcode options. For example, to begin the PAT testing task, scan the "in" barcode associated with it.

The system will automatically start the timer for the task. For tasks like PAT testing that require unit input, allow the timer to run for the necessary duration. Enter the number of processed units, such as 10, and press "Enter".

To conclude the task, scan the "out" barcode. This action will automatically end the current task and allow you to begin another.

For tasks that do not require additional information, such as cosmetic cleaning, you can end the task by clicking "Stop" or by starting a new task. For instance, you might choose to start your lunch break.

Starting a new task will automatically terminate the previous task. To stop the current task or review completed tasks, access the "Timesheet" section.

In the "Timesheet" section, you will find a log of all tasks completed during the day or prior days, providing a comprehensive overview of your work activities.

As an additional note, please ensure all tasks are accurately logged to maintain comprehensive records.
