This document outlines the steps involved in using the Demolytics feature by Consensus to view and analyze buying intent data. The process involves tracking and understanding how different stakeholders interact with a demo, providing insights into their preferences and interests.
Hello, BCD Travel team. I am sharing an overview of the Demolytics or discovery process for buying intent data that Consensus offers when a demo is viewed. The alerts displayed here are those I received when the demo, customized with content developed by Ron, was accessed by your team. Let's examine what one of these alerts entails.

By clicking on this alert for Claire, I can see that the demo was viewed quite early in my local time zone. At Consensus, we refer to this as "selling while you sleep," as demos are often reviewed outside of typical working hours. You can observe an alert and access detailed information with a single click, which will direct you to the Demoboard, a component we call Demolytics within Consensus.

I can see that Claire viewed the demo from a location in France, spending five minutes on it and answering several questions. This insight reveals what each buyer finds important.

Initially, the option chosen was the travel buyer/procurement, with the most significant area identified as improving policy compliance at the point of booking. The demo was 95% viewed, along with additional videos watched below. This section highlights what the viewer marked as important, very important, or not important, helping to understand each stakeholder's values regarding the content. Let's now examine how other BCD Travel stakeholders interacted with this demo through the stakeholder mapping displayed on the screen.

A features legend is visible, accompanied by color keys and data indicating what each person viewed.

It is evident that Bobby marked everything as very important, while others followed diverse paths. This pattern is common and allows stakeholders to pinpoint what they require, like Claire marking the booking video as very important. You can also view the aggregated viewing time and other details. I hope this information is helpful, and I look forward to our next discussion. Thank you.
