This document provides a step-by-step process for contractors and external users to log into ABP's training portal using either a personal or company email account. It is recommended to use an incognito or InPrivate window to prevent any login conflicts and ensure a seamless sign-in experience. The process includes different instructions for Microsoft and non-Microsoft accounts.
Welcome to ABP's training portal login tutorial. This video will guide contractors and external users on how to log in to ABP's training portal using either a personal or company email account. It is recommended to use an incognito window in Chrome or an InPrivate window in Edge to access this training portal.

Using an incognito or InPrivate window helps bypass any existing login sessions and prevents potential sign-in issues. Note that the login process may vary slightly depending on whether you are using a Microsoft account or a non-Microsoft account. A Microsoft account includes email addresses ending in outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, or a company email hosted in Microsoft 365.

In contrast, a non-Microsoft account may include services such as Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Big Point, or a company email hosted on Google Workspace or other email platforms. The first example demonstrates logging in using a Microsoft account with the Edge browser in InPrivate mode.

To launch an InPrivate window, click the menu at the top right corner. You can either copy the link from the induction email by right-clicking the link and selecting "Copy," or use the link in the description of the video. A test account will be used for this demonstration.

Enter your email and password, then select "No" at the prompt. Click "Accept" to access the ABP's training portal.

You are now logged into the CHI-PA training portal.

In the next example, the same process will be demonstrated using a non-Microsoft account. A Gmail address will be used with the Chrome browser for this instance.

Similar to Edge, click on "New Incognito Window" at the top right corner. Copy the link from the induction email or the video description. A test Gmail account will be used.

A code will be sent to your Gmail address. Copy the code to proceed.

Sign in using the code. Similar to the previous example, click "Accept" to log in to the ABP's training portal.

You have successfully logged in and should be able to see any training video assigned to you.

Please note that all login verifications are securely managed by Microsoft. Passwords and verification codes are never shared with ABP and are not stored in ABP's system. If you encounter any issues logging in, please contact your local ABP team member for assistance.

Thank you for watching this tutorial.
