This document provides a comprehensive overview of the user management process. It includes detailed steps for adding new users, configuring their roles and permissions, and managing existing user accounts efficiently. Follow the instructions below to ensure seamless user management.
Begin by navigating to the user management section located on the sidebar. 
Click on "Add New User" to initiate the process of expanding your team. 
Enter the new user's first name. Then enter the user's last name.

Input a valid email address for the user. 
Assign the user to a group to simplify permissions and access management. Ensure the user is included in at least one group.

Navigate to user roles and permissions to assign specific access rights tailored to the user's needs.
Enable the "Super Administrator" role for complete, unrestricted control over the system. Be aware that a super admin has full access to platform applications and deployments across all users. Alternatively, set the user's role and product-specific usage limits.

For instance, within the ACE platform, determine the user's role and limit app creation as needed. Select the suitable user role from the available options to configure permissions for the chosen roles. Define the number of apps, deployments, and workspaces based on the selected products.

Click "Add" to confirm and create the new user. The user will receive an email shortly containing a login ID and a temporary password. 
Alternatively, you can share the credentials using the copy icon.Click "Done" to finalize the user creation process.

The new user has been successfully created. We will now explore user management features for further customization.
Super administrators and administrators have the ability to reset passwords for other users when necessary.
Click on Proceed. The user will receive an email with a temporary password shortly.

Use the "Edit" button to modify the user's access across various products. 
Implement the necessary changes and click "Confirm" to save them. 
Remove users who are no longer required on the platform by clicking on Delete button.

Note: Only super administrators and administrators can delete other users like other Admin, Manager, User. An admin cannot delete a super admin user.
Utilize the search bar to locate specific users or filter by user role using the designated button.
