This document provides a detailed overview of conducting a bioreactor experiment using Revvity Signals Software. The process includes setting up the experiment, loading data, and utilizing the various dashboards for analysis.
Begin the bioreactor experiment by familiarizing yourself with the available tabs that display results.

The results are incorporated into an admin-defined table, which includes several key components: vessel ID, run ID, user information, and multiple variable columns.

The variables include viability, osmolality, glucose, titer, and others. Start by opening Spotfire for Signals online and proceed to load some of this data into an analysis.

Navigate to Viewing, Editing, and select the Bioreactor workflow to load the data. Click "Run," apply the settings, and then click "Next" to automatically generate several dashboards.

The dashboards are pre-configured and authored, providing data that highlights relevant information. Access the bioreactor data to open a comprehensive report online for further exploration.

The web dashboard presents multiple tabs such as data overview and trend analysis. Utilize these to compare metrics, such as elapsed days against viability, with available visualizations and annotations.

Lastly, review the Observation tab. It is recommended to examine this dashboard online for a more detailed analysis.
