
In this procedure, you will learn how to add a new client as a lead and request their consent before setting up their investment account. The process includes logging into the partner platform, creating a lead with the necessary information, and sending a consent request. Follow the steps below for detailed instructions.
Upon logging into the platform at partners.creso.in, you will see the landing page. Navigate to the home screen where you will find the "New Client" button.

Click on the "New Client" button to access the option to add a mobile number.

Enter a 10-digit mobile number along with the client's name to create a lead.

To fully create a lead, a PAN (Permanent Account Number) and email address are optional. However, to send a link requesting consent before setting up their investment account, you must add a PAN. Click on "Create Account" to simultaneously create the lead and send the consent request link.

Let's first see how to simply add a lead without sending a consent request.

After clicking "Create Account," the client will be added as a lead. You can verify this by clicking to open the account of the lead directly or by navigating to the "Clients" section to see that the client has been added.
To request consent, locate the "Actions" section and select "Request Consent." Remember, adding a PAN number is essential for sending this request.

Add the PAN number and proceed by clicking "Request Consent."

A link will be sent to the client's phone number, allowing them to provide consent before you proceed to set up their investment account. This completes the process of adding a new client as a lead and requesting their consent.
