Integrating Judge.me with Nectar for Rewarding Reviews

This document outlines the process of integrating Judge.me with the Nectar platform to reward customers for their reviews. Follow these steps to seamlessly set up the integration and enhance your customer engagement through rewarded feedback.

Step 1

To begin integrating Judge.me with Nectar, navigate to the Judge.me platform. On the left menu, select the 'Integration' option and click on 'Reviews'.

Step 2

Once you click on 'Reviews', the Judge.me integration option will be displayed as the first step. Proceed by clicking on 'Configure'.

Step 3

After selecting 'Configure', you will be prompted to enter your shop name, choose the review resource, and provide your private API key. Select the website you are using as your review source.

Step 4

For demonstration purposes, we will be using Shopify as the store platform.

Select 'Shopify' as your chosen platform.

Step 6

To find your shop name and API key, access the Judge.me app on your Shopify store.

Step 7

Navigate to your Shopify store, click on the Judge.me app, and head to the 'Settings' section.

Step 8

Within 'Settings', go to 'Integrations'. In the upper right corner, you will see the 'View API Token' button. Click on it to find your private API key. Copy this key and paste it into the Nectar dashboard.

Step 9

The next requirement is your shop name.

Retrieve your shop name directly from your store.

Step 11

For instance, if your store name is 'shubham.nectarstore', copy this portion only. 'myshopify.com' will be pre-filled on the Nectar dashboard, so you can exclude that section.

Step 12

After entering all the necessary details, click on 'Initialize'. This action will complete the integration process.

Step 13

Finally, configure the rewards for the reviews. Once this setup is complete, your customers will begin receiving rewards for their submitted reviews. This concludes the integration process.
