Efficient Report Uploading Process

In this process, you will learn how to upload a report in the form of a PDF or image directly to an AI system. The AI system is designed to extract and populate values accurately from the uploaded report. The steps below guide you through uploading the report and verifying the accuracy of the extracted information.

Step 1

To begin, click on the 'Upload Report using AI' option. Select the desired PDF or image file that you wish to upload for the respective patient.

Step 2

Wait for a few seconds as the AI system processes the report, extracting and filling in the values with precision. This includes even specific textual data, such as values for RBC.

Step 3

Upon closer inspection, you will notice that the extracted values are indeed accurate. For example, the values for RBC, such as 'normocytic' and 'normochromic', are extracted correctly.

Step 4

Once all values have been verified for accuracy, confirm and apply them. Each value is filled in appropriately.

Step 5

You have the option to save these values for future reference.
