Creating QR Codes for Student Profiles

This document outlines the process of generating individual QR codes for student profiles using the Compass system. By following these steps, you will be able to create, download, and print QR codes efficiently, allowing for easy identification and access.

Step 1

To create a student's individual QR code, begin by navigating to the Student Profiles page within the Compass system. Once there, locate the student for whom you wish to generate a QR code.

Step 2

Access the student's profile and click on the QR icon to proceed with generating their unique QR code.

Step 3

When the QR icon window appears, click on "Generate QR Code." This action will create the QR code for the student's profile.

Step 4

You can now download and print the QR code. It can be added to a card or other medium as needed.
