Begin by accessing the service advisor scheduler. This interface allows for an overview of all service advisors' appointments for the day. Utilize the assign mode to effectively balance workloads during peak times.

Appointments can be reassigned as needed directly from the calendar interface.

You can adjust the appointment to a different time or assign it to another advisor.

To block out any unavailable time, navigate to the block time icon and specify the period you will be unavailable.

Enter a description for the blocked time.

Finally, click the Save button to confirm your changes.

This process helps prevent missed or double-booked appointments, ensuring clear visibility for the entire team.
