This guide provides comprehensive instructions on how to enable and customize a reward page using the Nectar Dashboard and Shopify. It covers everything from setting brand colors and banner images to configuring login/logout settings and loyalty programs. By following these steps, you will have a fully customized and operational reward page integrated into your Shopify store.
To begin, navigate to the Nectar Dashboard. In the left menu, click on "Onsite Display" and then select "Dedicated Pages." You will be redirected to the page where "Reward Page" is mentioned.

Click on the "Configure" button to begin setting up your reward page.

Upon selecting "Configure," the settings for customizing your reward page's appearance and features will be displayed. Start by adjusting the colors and fonts to match your brand.

Click on "Brand Setting" to choose your brand's color. The system will automatically use the brand's default settings unless manually customized here. Proceed to configure the banner image settings.

Configure the banner for both desktop and mobile versions. You can paste the image URL or select the image directly from your device.

Similarly, ensure the mobile banner is correctly set up.

Proceed to the control settings to manage various display options.

On the website, you have the option to hide the overlay button on the banner. Additionally, you can remove the referral section from this page.

The gray-colored background represents the banner. You have the option to hide the buttons and the referral section at the bottom of the rewards page. Once done, click "Save" and move to the next setting, which is "Logged In" and "Logged Out" text.

Set the text for when a customer is logged in and when they are logged out. This includes what they will see on the page and the widget.

In this example, the coin name is set as "Points." The main title reflects as "Your Shubham Nectar Store Rewards."

Ensure the store name is correctly displayed as "Shubham Nectar Store."

Your rewards should show as "Your Business Name Rewards."

The description and text for "Ways to Earn" and "Redeem Points" should be properly configured as displayed.

This setup will be mirrored for the logout setting screen.

Ensure the title, description, and CTAs are set appropriately.

When a user is logged out, they will see the title, description, and CTAs for "Sign Up" and "Sign In."

The logout feature settings are also available for the pop-up feature displayed in the widget.

Modify these settings if needed and then proceed to the "Loyalty Section" text.

Define what will be showcased in the "Loyalty Section."

Ensure the tiered program name and description are clear and visible here.

Set the title and description for the tiered program.

Configure the explainer text that shows how users can earn rewards when they are logged out.

Use this feature to name and define each step in the earning process.

Specify the details for the "Ways to Earn" and "Ways to Redeem" sections, including descriptions.

Ensure the "Ways to Earn" and "Ways to Redeem" sections are thoroughly set up. Once customization is complete, proceed to the code page and copy the provided code.

Navigate to Shopify and click on the three dots next to the "Customize" option.

Select "Edit Code" to proceed.

You will be redirected to the code editor. Right-click on "Template" and create a new file.

Name this new file "Liquid." After naming the file, press "Enter," paste the copied code, and click "Save."

After saving, close the tab and return to your Shopify theme.

Navigate to the "Pages" section below "Theme."

Click "Add New Page" and enter the desired page name.

In this example, the page is named "Rewards Page."

Set the visibility to "Visible" and select "Nectar Reward."

Once selected, click "Save."

Your reward page is now active. You can add it to the main menu or any other section to make it live.
