
This document outlines the process of sharing your Glean Agent with individuals, groups, or your entire organization. By following these steps, you can ensure that the appropriate level of access is granted to each user, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
Once you have finished creating your Glean Agent and are ready to share it, navigate to the top-right corner of the interface. Click on "Share."
A window will appear on the right where you can add individuals. Enter the names of specific people you wish to share the Glean Agent with. You can also add specific groups, such as the marketing team, to share the Glean Agent with multiple people at once. Within these settings, you can specify if users will be viewers, editors, or owners of the Glean Agent.
If necessary, you have the option to remove access for specific individuals.

Alternatively, you can share the agent with the entire organization, allowing them to be able to either just run and view or run, view, and edit the agent.

You can also copy and distribute the shareable link within your organization. This link will only work for users who have been granted access to this agent.
When you are finished modifying who the agent is shared with, click "Done" in the bottom right corner to save the changes.
Once shared, the Glean Agent will appear in the recipient’s agent library.
