Begin by understanding how to add various widgets to the order status and thank you pages. These widgets include the referral widget, points earn widget, write a review widget, and birthday reward widget, which collectively enhance customer engagement after placing an order. Start with the referral widget.

Configure the front-end setup that will be displayed to the customer.

Define the content that will be shown to logged-in customers. Manage the content configuration here.

Similarly, for users who are logged out, you can specify the description, call-to-action (CTA), and the CTA text.

This is how you can configure the widget. Next, you will see how it appears on the customer's screen on the order status page. For instance, when someone views the order status page, they will be able to see the refer and earn widget along with its description.

Proceed to configure the sharing options. Decide the text that will appear when customers share it across different platforms.

Utilize the referral link to offer a discount on purchases.

Here’s how the setup appears on WhatsApp and Facebook. When customers click on WhatsApp, they will view this specific message.

This is how you can configure the description for the referral widget.

Upon completion, proceed to Shopify to add these widgets.

Please note that customization options are available only for the referral widget. Other widgets do not offer this feature.

These widgets will be directly showcased on the order status and thank you pages. Move to Shopify and, once there, click on 'Themes' followed by 'Customize'.

After customizing, click on 'Home Page', then navigate to 'Checkout and Customer Accounts'.

Once on the checkout page, select and proceed to the order status page.

On the order status page, click 'Add Block'. Add the four mentioned widgets one by one, beginning with the referral widget. Decide if it should be hidden for guest users.

For now, leave the setting as false and return to the previous menu.

Proceed to add another block for the points earning widget.

This is how the display will appear, showing how many points are earned on a specific order.

Next, add the 'write a review' widget. After every purchase, customers will be prompted to review the product.

Customers can write a review for the purchased product.

Similarly, add the birthday widget. Customers can input their birthday to receive rewards.

Once configured, click 'Save'. Changes will reflect on the order status page within five minutes.

Here’s how it will look on the live screen.

The settings have now been saved.

Navigate to the front end where an order has been placed.

This is the order screen. Here, you can see the points earning widget has been added.

Review the number of points a customer will earn.

Above, you'll see the 'Enter Your Birthday' widget and reward options. Following this is the 'Rate Your Experience' review widget for customers to rate their purchased products. Lastly, there is the referral widget.

You can adjust the placement of these widgets to suit your preference.

Similarly, implement the same for the thank you page.

In Shopify, click on the thank you page and add the widgets similarly.

Customers will be able to view all these widgets on the thank you page as well. They have already been added.
