This process aims to increase visibility for stagnant items on eLink by ending and relisting them as new. This approach is specifically for single-quantity items that haven't sold in the last 90 days. It's advisable not to let listings go beyond 90 days without a sale to ensure optimal item visibility and turnover.
Begin by accessing the List as New process in eLink. This feature is designed to enhance the visibility of stagnant items by ending them and relisting them anew on your account. Ensure this process is applied only to single-quantity items that haven't sold in the past 90 days.

Log into your eLink account and navigate to the "Listed" section.

Locate the desired listing by clicking on "Show Filters."

Ensure the date listed is over 90 days old. Focus on the "Date Listed" and not the "Date Inventoried."

Click "Apply." Mark these items by using the "Internal Notes" field. This step is crucial as these items, once ended, will first move to the "In Progress" tab and then to the "Unlisted" tab. The "Internal Notes" field allows you to efficiently track and find them.

Note that the "Internal Notes" field is exclusive to eLink.

Select all relevant listings by clicking "Select All."

With all items selected, proceed to click "Bulk Change."

Before filtering by the marker, add it using the "Internal Notes" field.

Opt for "Starts With" to ensure any existing notes are not overwritten but instead moved to the right.

Input your initials, the term "LAN" for List as New, and today's date. Click "Update" once done.

You are now ready to click "End Listing."

The items will now appear in the "In Progress" tab.

Be patient as the process may take time to reflect, especially with a large number of items.

Observe the count, even if the items themselves haven't yet appeared below.

Wait for the items to be displayed.

Once the "In Progress" tab clears, click "Show Filters" and use the "Internal Notes" field to search. Opt for "Starts With" or "Contains" based on preference, and input "LAN."

Double-check to ensure all inputs are correct.

Click "Apply." Some items may already be flagged. For this tutorial, select all and proceed with "List as New."

The items may flag out again. However, this step completes the List as New process.
