
This document provides a clear and concise process for creating a non-USF preparation using the Distribution Regulier system. Follow the steps below to efficiently manage warehouse operations by preparing, distributing, and finalizing product shipments.
Access the Distribution Regulier menu and navigate to Preparation, followed by Preparacion.

Select New Preparation. To create a preparation, choose a warehouse from the available options.

Select the appropriate warehouse for your preparation process.

Choose a preparation zone and specify the desired date for the preparation.

For example, select the last day of the current month as your preparation date.

Upon setting the date, view the list of pallets available for preparation.

Select the pallets intended for preparation.

Optionally, check the distribution list if required.

If the distribution list is not needed, proceed by clicking the Distribute button. This will create a preparation for distribution.

To review the preparation details, click on the preparation entry.

View the assigned quantities for each organization. To expedite the preparation, enter the expedition mode.

In expedition mode, you can generate the entire expedition or alter any comments. The stock information is prefilled with default values, but adjustments can be made if necessary.

Once the necessary changes are made, generate an expedition by clicking the relevant button.

Afterward, delivery tickets will be generated.

By clicking on the tickets, you can view them. If printing is required, selecting the print option will show a print preview.

Review the sheets associated with different organizations.

Examine the article sheets and labels.

Additionally, the delivery documents are available for printing if needed.

The process is now complete.
