Creating Your Demoboard

This document provides a comprehensive guide on creating and publishing a Demoboard using Consensus. Follow the steps below to effectively manage and distribute your demo content through Demolytics and Trupeer.

Step 1

In this step, it's recommended to choose or upload a thumbnail. This could be a screenshot from a presentation with a title or any relevant image. The chosen thumbnail will serve as the default visual display for all viewers.

Step 2

At this stage, click on "Published." Once everything is processed, you can publish the Demoboard. This action will enable you to distribute the demo to your audience.

Step 3

To view the appearance of your Demoboard, select "Preview Link." This generates an internal link, which you can share. By clicking on "First Viewer," you will gain an internal view of the demo content.

Step 4

This feature allows you to experience the demo content interactively. The final task is to add the demo to the library. Navigate to the folder structure and place it in the "Internal Users Demo Content" folder within "Internal."

Step 5

Access is automatically granted to the appropriate users, so there's no need to adjust the Demo Access section. Rest assured, access will update as users are added, or you can verify that the right groups have the appropriate permissions.
