This document provides a comprehensive process for monitoring and analyzing the progress of a building project, offering detailed insights into various trades and tasks. By utilizing visual representations and filters, users can effectively track the completion status and productivity across different areas of the project.
The building view offers a detailed, level-by-level progress breakdown of your entire structure.

In this building display, you can observe each floor of the residential tower. The blocks represent different apartments and units. On the left, all trades are visible, and according to the legend on the right, you can identify spaces that have not started, are in progress, are nearly complete, or are fully completed for all trades.

Select the menu dropdown to filter by different trades, allowing for further refinement to individual tasks.

For instance, within the drywall trade, you can track walls, ceilings, taping of joints, and various task subdivisions.

Additionally, filter by the percentage of completion for each space on every level.

Enable the weekly pace filter to visualize trends across different spaces, indicating increased, decreased, or steady activity, as well as identifying areas that have stalled.

This provides the project team with insights into site productivity, identifying whether spaces are experiencing delays or are hindered by other trades. The management team can also gain a clearer understanding of productivity levels. Moreover, filter spaces with paused work to investigate potential delays caused by specific trades.

Clicking on a specific floor reveals a zone-by-zone breakdown of each unit.

Explore each of these zones to access the open space captures that feed into the Disberz platform.
