Integrating a Review Widget on Your Website Homepage

This document provides a detailed walkthrough for seamlessly adding a review widget to your website's homepage. By following these steps, you will be able to integrate and customize a Featured Review widget using Shopify, ensuring your website displays customer feedback effectively.

Step 1

To begin, click on the "On-Site Display" option from the left-hand navigation bar. Then, proceed to the "Homepage" section. Here, you will locate the Featured Review widget.

Step 2

Select "Configure" and then click on "Add to Shopify."

Alternatively, manually navigate to your Shopify account and select "Customize Theme." Ensure that the homepage is selected. Click on "Add Section," then choose "Apps" and select "Featured Review."

Step 4

The Featured Review widget will automatically be added to your homepage. Click "Save" and visit your website to preview its appearance.

Step 5

All featured reviews will be displayed here. To modify settings, go back to "Settings," then select "Feature Review." Adjust the background color, and choose whether to hide or show the section title.

Step 6

Within settings, you can choose to hide the section title and the total rating of 4.75. This feature can be enabled or disabled as desired.

Step 7

You have the option to alter the layout of the reviews, selecting from carousel grid, image optimized grid, and more. Adjust according to your preference, click "Save," and return to the previous page. This is how you can set up a review widget on your homepage.
