
The Revert Spend Points feature ensures customers receive back any points they used on an order that later gets canceled, refunded, or tagged with specific conditions. This keeps your loyalty system accurate, fair, and aligned with real order outcomes from Shopify or your ecommerce platform.

This guide walks you through the Revert Spend Points feature and how it works within the module.
Go to Features → Orders to find the Revert Spend Points option in your dashboard.
Click Configure to begin setting up the feature.
You’ll see the feature is already enabled. From here you can:
💡 Tip: Keep this feature enabled to prevent customers from losing points unfairly during canceled or reversed orders.

Revert spent coins when specific statuses occur. Example:
If the cancellation status or tag matches your configuration → 200 coins will automatically be added back to their wallet.
Specify a tag that should trigger the coin reversal.
You’ll also see a Skip Revert option:
💡 Example: Skip reverting coins for “final sale” or “store credit exchanged” scenarios.

After adding your required tags — either for reverting or skipping — click Save to finalize the settings.
