
The Q&A Export feature lets you download all question-and-answer entries across your account. Whether you're analyzing customer queries, migrating data to another platform, or reviewing product-specific questions, this tool helps you export the right information quickly and accurately.
You can export Q&As based on product, customer, or approval status — all in a clean CSV file sent straight to your admin email.
To begin exporting Q&A data:

Click Export. From here, you can choose to export Q&A data based on a specific product.

If you do not select any product, the system will download a generic Q&A export file containing all eligible Q&As.

You can also export Q&A data by entering the product slug, allowing you to download Q&As tied to that product.

To export Q&As asked by an individual customer, enter their Lead ID.
💡 Tip: The Lead ID can be found in the customer profile inside the Nectar dashboard.

You may check the box to export only approved Q&As visible on the storefront.
Once your filters are configured, click Export. An email with the CSV download link will be sent to your admin email address.

Each Q&A entry includes:
1 = approved, 0 = not approved)
Go to the History section to review previous Q&A exports. Here, you can see past export files and timestamps.

Click Send Download Link to resend the export file to your admin email.
