By following these steps, you can personalize prompts, manage content moderation, and ensure that the chatbot interactions are consistent with your brand's voice and policies.

Step 1

Begin by selecting ACE from the Enterprise. Click on prompt personalization under configuration menu from sidebar to tailor your chatbot's interactions and responses.

Step 2

Proceed by reviewing each prompt individually. Let's first expand the search knowledge prompt section to customize how your AI sources provide contextually aware and reliable answers.Edit the system prompt in this section to establish the tone and accuracy of your AI's knowledge search.

Step 3

For each prompt, you have the option to save your changes or click cancel if you wish to discard the updates and retain the original settings.

Step 4

Expand the web search prompt to personalize how your AI retrieves real-time web information.

Step 5

Add or customize the Ask AI prompt to fine-tune how the chatbot addresses unique queries. Expand the brand voice creation prompt to ensure AI-generated content aligns with your brand identity.

Step 6

Also, expand the persona creation prompt to develop a custom chatbot personality. Edit the task prompt here to establish specific persona and behavioral guidelines.

Step 7

Expand the content moderation panel to guarantee safe and appropriate chatbot interactions. Toggle the restricted terms filtering option to efficiently manage sensitive topics. Edit your restricted warning message to clearly communicate with users about content boundaries, and finally click save to activate your updated content moderation preferences.

Expand the search summary prompt section to refine how the AI summarizes findings for users. Next, open the conversation name prompt to configure autogenerated, context-driven conversation titles.

Enable or disable automatic conversation naming to keep chat histories organized effortlessly. Choose the optimal AI model for conversation naming to suit your workflow requirements.

Next, edit the task prompt for conversation naming to generate titles that accurately reflect the chat context.

Expand the follow-up questions prompt to customize how your chatbot initiates further engagement.

Toggle enable follow-up to activate AI-generated follow-up questions that promote smarter conversations.

Select your preferred AI model for follow-up questions to maintain an ideal conversation flow.

Open the response length prompts to refine how concise or detailed your chatbot's replies should be.Customize the shorter response prompt for quick, concise replies.Edit the longer response prompt for in-depth, informative AI answers. Similarly, modify the simpler response prompt for clear, easy-to-understand chatbot messages, and click save to apply changes.
