This document provides a detailed walkthrough of the redesigned AI POD verification module within ClickForce Darwin. It guides users through viewing, verifying, and managing Proof of Delivery (POD) entries, employing both automated and manual verification methods to ensure the accuracy of delivery records.
When accessing the track order page, you will notice a section labeled "Proof of Delivery." Upon entering this page, you will be presented with a screen that displays counters for Delivered AWBs, POD Available, and POD Not Available. These counters categorize the status of different AWB entries.

The "Delivered AWBs" section lists all AWBs marked as delivered by the carrier. These may or may not have associated PODs.

To view only the AWBs for which a POD was received, refer to the "POD Available" bucket.

PODs are divided into "Correct" and "Problematic" categories. A "Correct POD" is one that the AI or a manual review has marked as accurate. Conversely, a "Problematic POD" is one flagged by the AI or manually as needing further attention.

You might already be familiar with these counters. Let's explore the newly added manual verification feature. This function allows you to select specific PODs for verification.

You can specify a date range, such as November 9th to 10th, and filter PODs to only include those from "All Cargo Carrier" for verification.

After setting your filters, you can choose to verify PODs that the AI has flagged as problematic.

By clicking "Get PODs to Verify," the system will compute how many PODs require manual verification.

In this instance, there are five PODs queued for verification.

Clicking "Start Manual Verification" will load the first POD from your queue for review.

The POD image will be displayed for your inspection.

Options are available to zoom, rotate, or download the POD image if the orientation needs adjustment.

On the right side of the screen, all essential details for verifying the POD content are displayed.

Initially, this information is collapsed, showing only the system data by default.

Expanding this section reveals more detailed information for thorough verification.

If the AI incorrectly marked a POD as a match, but it is not, you can override the AI's decision here.

You can add comments for your team regarding further actions needed on the POD.

For instance, you can write, "POD looks good." This comment is saved in the database and can be included in reports if necessary.

To change the status of a POD from problematic to correct, click "Mark as Correct" to adjust its classification.

The POD will now be categorized under the correct bucket instead of the problematic one.

Clicking "Next" will proceed to the next POD image, and the counter will update to reflect completed verifications.

You can repeat this process with the current POD. If you decide to pause manual verification, simply select "Leave For Now" to exit the flow.

Returning to the main screen allows you to filter for manually verified PODs, aided by tooltips explaining the actions taken.

A new "Configuration" screen has been introduced, allowing you to select parameters for determining POD accuracy, such as AWB status, signature presence, and stamp availability.

Choosing more parameters results in stricter AI criteria for marking PODs as correct or problematic. Enjoy exploring these enhanced features.
