This document provides a comprehensive overview of the Time & Attendance (T&A) configuration process. It outlines the steps necessary to set up T&A activities, templates, and file configurations. The process involves configuring activities and groups, importing templates, and understanding file upload functionalities.
Once you have completed the screen configuration and set up the application menu, proceed to the T&A configuration section.

In the T&A configuration section, focus on the T&A template and upload file configuration. Here, you can configure activities, group activities, and set up T&A templates efficiently.

The format remains consistent with previous configurations, such as in the activity master or group master. Despite a change in the user interface, the process remains straightforward.

Define the activities by adding them, determining the sequence, and specifying the type of activity.

The tracking group and all functionalities remain unchanged. Only the user interface has been updated.

This also applies to activity groups. You can create multiple activity groups and T&A templates.

The T&A template will import all activity groups. You will create various activities, import them, add different days, milestones, clusters, and specify the number of days.

The table and layout remain the same, with only slight changes to the user interface. This section focuses on the T&A configuration.

Revisit the T&A template configuration if necessary.

Continue with the configuration process.

Configuring a T&A template involves multiple methods of setting up the T&A configuration.

You also have the option to configure or add a new T&A template from this section.

Alternatively, configure the T&A template from another section within the system.

Proceed to the upload file configuration section.

In the upload file configuration, define which types of files you want to enable for upload.

Different features are associated with each file type, such as role-based upload file mapping.

Map the three selected files accordingly.

The upload file mapping requires you to select the file type, as chosen previously.

Add the mapping here by specifying the Excel column, database field, and type of input.

Determine whether each field is mandatory or optional.

Role-based mapping allows you to specify which users can upload, view, download, or delete a particular file.

Previously, this was managed in the admin, user master, or role master sections. Now, it is handled within this configuration.

The unique key combination feature helps manage Excel or file uploads. It creates a unique combination for updating existing records or adding new ones if the combination is new.

Continue as outlined above.
