
This document provides a step-by-step process for submitting a CSQL using Slack and HubSpot. It involves searching for the appropriate workflow in Slack, inputting necessary information, and ensuring proper tracking within HubSpot for accurate reporting and credit.
To begin, navigate to Slack to initiate the CSQL submission process.

First, ensure you search for "CSQL" in Slack. The relevant workflow should appear, allowing you to click in and access the submission form. Here, you will enter the account name and select the associated Account Executive (AE) for the account.

Next, provide proof details, such as a link to a Gong call or additional information like license count and use cases. Once all necessary information is included, click "Submit" to send the CSQL for approval by the AE.

The AE must then approve the CSQL in Slack. Subsequently, when the opportunity advances to a Totally Qualified Opportunity (TQO), the AE should create a corresponding deal within HubSpot.

Initially, ensure the submission is made in Slack. As the deal progresses, verify that there is a corresponding deal in HubSpot. This ensures accurate reporting and allows you to receive credit for the CSQL. If there are any questions, please reach out for assistance.
