This document provides a detailed walkthrough of the newly introduced features in the latest software release. The guide outlines each feature enhancement with a step-by-step approach to demonstrate its functionality and usage effectively.
Hello, everyone. In this release, we have introduced several new features. This guide will demonstrate each of them for you.

The first feature is the ability to order devices by size. When accessing the dashboard for a patient and ordering a device, you can now specify the size. For instance, if you wish to order a blood pressure monitor, you can select the desired size.

Currently, there are three available sizes: XL, XS, and regular. All three options are available for ordering. The next modification pertains to TRICARE insurance.

Previously, TRICARE insurance was eligible for billing, but this has changed. Individuals with TRICARE insurance will now be ineligible for any service billing.

For example, if a user wants to change their insurance from UnitedHealthcare to TRICARE, they will edit the details.

Once changed to TRICARE and updated, the individual will not be eligible for RPM, TCM, CCM, APCM, or any other billing. If claims are submitted for this patient, they will be rejected.

The reason for rejection is that the insurance does not reimburse the claimed service. The next update is related to notes.

Previously, CCM and clinical notes were not visible in the notes section. This has been updated.

In the CCM section, if there are no notes for a patient, you can add new notes.

The added note will appear in the notes section as a care plan note, which can be viewed there.

This note is categorized under the CCM service and displayed with the respective date. Additionally, if any clinical time is recorded,

for example, in RPM, these notes will also be visible in the notes section and classified under RPM service.

In this release, we have also included fields for a preferred name and an alternative address, which are optional. You can find them in the interface. The preferred name field is shown here, and the alternative address field is below.

You can also verify the preferred name in the dashboard. Let me demonstrate how to edit it.

For example, if "Woody" is added as the preferred name and the changes are saved, this will be reflected on the dashboard. The preferred name for this patient will display as Woody.

We have also introduced a vital sign parameter for glucose. Previously, glucose was not included, but now it has been added with comprehensive details such as the last reading, seven-day average, thirty-day average, and trend.

All patient readings will now be displayed here. You can manually add a new reading.

Once saved, this information will be visible across all relevant sections.
