Managing Your Profile and Account

This document provides a concise overview of managing your profile and account within the application. By following these simple steps, users can easily navigate the profile section, manage their account details, and stay updated with notifications.

Step 1

Navigate to the profile section where you will find your hero image, profile picture, name, and role prominently displayed based on your user role.

Step 2

Your ID is easily accessible within the app, allowing you to copy and paste it as needed. Use this feature to provide your ID to management without any hassle.

Step 3

To update your email address, click on "Change Email" and enter your new email information. Please note that editing the profile is currently supported only through the web portal.

Step 4

Editing your profile on the mobile app is not supported at this moment, but this feature will be available soon. Meanwhile, you can view the list of active and upcoming chapters in the app.

Step 5

To log out or delete your account, select "Delete Account" and type "delete" to confirm. Be aware that this action will permanently remove all account details and booked events from the database.

Step 6

Stay informed with notifications for each event you participate in. Notifications are sent before events commence, ensuring you are always up to date.
