Export VIP Tier History Process

Introduction

The Export VIP Tier History feature allows you to track customer tier movements—both upgrades and downgrades—within a selected timeframe. This is especially useful for:

  • Monitoring customer loyalty progression
  • Evaluating tier program performance
  • Understanding customer engagement patterns

You can export up to 90 days of tier transition data at once, making it easy to review trends and analyze customer journeys.

Step 1 - Introduction to the Feature

In this guide, we will explore the Export VIP Tier History feature.

Step 2 - Navigate to Export VIP Tier History

This feature helps you track how many customers have upgraded or downgraded to specific tiers within your selected timeframe (maximum: 90 days).

To access it:

  1. Go to Customer Data
  2. Click Export Data
  3. Select Export VIP Tier History

Step 3 - Select the Date Range

Click Export and choose your desired date range.

Step 4 - Ensure Valid Date Range

Make sure the selected date range does not exceed 90 days. Once finalized, proceed to choose the tier.

Step 5 - Select a Tier (Optional)

You may select a specific tier for the export. If left blank, data for all tiers will be included.

Step 6 - Select Upgrade or Downgrade Direction

Specify whether you want to export:

  • Only Upgrades,
  • Only Downgrades, or
  • Leave blank to export all tier transitions.

Step 7 - Leave Direction Blank for Complete Data

If no direction is specified, the export will include all upgrade and downgrade records.

Step 8 - Export for a Specific Customer (Optional)

To export tier history for a single customer:

  • Enter their Lead ID

The export will then contain only that customer’s tier movement data.

Step 9 - Export & Receive File

Click Export once all filters are selected. A download link will be sent to your admin email.

The exported CSV file will include:

  • Lead ID
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Tier details
  • Upgrade/Downgrade direction
  • Date of tier transition

Step 10 - VIP Tier Export Completed

This completes the VIP tier export process.

Step 11 - View Export History

To view previous downloads, go to the History tab under the Import/Export section.

Step 12 - Resend Download Link

Click Send Download Link to resend the file to your admin email.
