Managing Domains and Policies in Secure Privacy AI

This document explains how to sign in to Secure Privacy AI, access a domain, and manage its design templates and policies, including global privacy and cookie policies.

Step 1: Access the Secure Privacy AI Website and Sign In

Go to https://secureprivacy.ai in your web browser.
Click the Sign In option to open the login page.

Enter your Secure Privacy email address and proceed to log in.

Enter your account password to complete the sign-in process.

Step 2: Open the Domain List and Select a Domain

After signing in, you will land on the Domains screen, which lists all the domains you have added to Secure Privacy AI.

From the list, click on the specific domain you want to manage to open its settings page.

The domain’s settings page will open, showing configuration options for that domain.

Step 3: Review Domain Name and Choose a Design

On the domain settings page, verify that the domain name displayed is correct for the site you are configuring.

In the Design section, choose a design from the available presets, or navigate to the Designs/Templates section if you want to add or change the design.

If needed, go to the Templates area where pre-created templates are available. You can also create and add your own custom templates there.

These templates support over 55 global privacy laws, ensuring broad regulatory coverage.

Step 4: Configure Privacy and Cookie Policies

Navigate to the Policies section.
From there, select the Privacy Policy you want to use for this domain. You can choose from existing global privacy policies or create your own custom policy.

Similarly, configure your Cookie Policy from the same Policies section.

Once your privacy and cookie policies are selected or created, your domain configuration is complete.
