
This guide explains how to use the recording feature within the platform. Follow the step-by-step instructions to record, manage, and submit a conversation for analysis. It is essential to ensure that recordings are of high quality for reliable analysis.
Log in to the platform and click on "New Conversation" at the top of your screen. This will open the recorder, and you can begin recording the conversation.

Enter a conversation title and the customer's name beforehand. This allows you to save the conversation as a draft and resume it later. If desired, this information can also be added after the conversation has ended.

Click on "Start recording" to begin the recording. Once the conversation is finished, press "Stop." Use the "Save conversation" button to save and submit the conversation.

The recording is now sent to the platform for analysis. Make sure the phone is lying freely on the table, so the microphone can clearly capture the conversation. This enhances the quality of the recording and subsequent analysis.

If the input is of poor quality, it may negatively affect the analysis. Noisy environments, such as production locations, can impact the quality of the recording. Recordings are always saved on your phone, so you can send them later.

A stable data connection is required to send recordings, as they involve audio files. If there is no good connection, save the recording and send it later when the connection is better. Recordings can be made on both your phone and laptop.
