CRM Launchpad Instructions

This document provides a comprehensive guide to accessing and navigating the CRM Launchpad using your existing Microsoft credentials. The instructions below will guide you through logging in, bookmarking the page, and exploring different sections of the CRM interface.

Step 1

Welcome to our introductory training session for the CRM Launchpad. Today, you will learn how to log in to the CRM using your existing Microsoft credentials.

Step 2

After this session, you will receive a link to the CRM Launchpad. Use this link to access the page. If you are not already logged in with your Microsoft account, you will be prompted to do so. It is important to avoid logging into multiple Microsoft accounts within the same browser to prevent any issues. Once you log in with your Microsoft account, you will be directed to the CRM Launchpad page.

Step 3

We recommend bookmarking the CRM Launchpad link in your browser for easy access in the future. On the landing page, in the top left corner, you will see other Microsoft apps. This integration allows you to easily access Microsoft 365 or any other specific apps connected to your Microsoft tenant.

Step 4

Upon your initial login, you will find different areas of the CRM listed on the left-hand side. Clicking on any of these sections will display a table view of the corresponding records. We will conclude this session here, and a subsequent session will cover the topic of managing views.
