This document outlines the steps to effectively navigate and customize views for contacts, companies, and deals within your CRM. You'll learn how to edit columns, apply filters, and save customized views to streamline your workflow.
Begin by accessing the contacts section. We'll first explore the contacts, then move to companies and deals in sequential order.

Upon accessing, you'll notice it defaults to all contacts. This displays the comprehensive list of contacts stored within the CRM.

Use the 'Edit Columns' button to add or rearrange any content from the contact records. Click this button to customize the column view.

After adjusting the columns as desired, apply the changes to update the view layout.

You can remove or prioritize columns as needed. Consider how these changes might impact visibility, but proceed with confidence.

Adjustments will determine which contacts and columns are visible within this view.

The process for viewing and filtering is consistent across contacts, companies, and deals. We are demonstrating with contacts now.

You have the option to filter contacts by owner, such as yourself. The filter will reflect the current user operating the system.

Selecting your name as a filter will refine the list to display only your contacts.

For more detailed filtering, use the advanced filters option, accessible from the filter menu.

Highlight this option and, for instance, filter contacts by specific regions.

Focus on specific regions or attributes. Once the view is customized to preference, you can save it for future use.

After customizing columns and filters, use the 'Clone View' button to save your view settings. A prompt will appear for saving the new view configuration.

Assign a name to the new view, such as 'New View Firm', ensuring the configuration is saved. Explore different sections like contacts.

Switch between different sections like contacts and companies by using the dropdown menu.

The procedures we've discussed are similarly applicable to the company's view, with advanced filters located in the same position.

Identify company owners similarly. Set the view to 'Me' for personalized company listings.

Capture the company's view and highlight areas previously covered to reinforce understanding.

These features are consistent with the deals section. But there's one key difference in the deal section to keep in mind.

Check out the pipeline dropdown menu for deals. It defaults to your last selection and should be emphasized for clarity.

Awareness of your selected pipeline is crucial. If you can't locate your renewal deals, it might be due to being in a different pipeline, such as the sales pipeline.

Ensure you're viewing either all pipelines or the correct specific pipeline for accurate visibility.

If your expected view is not apparent, check your pipeline selection as it might require adjustment.

Ensure that your pipeline selection is accurate to display the correct data.
