This document outlines the steps for composing and sending a message using the messaging application. It includes guidance on selecting recipients, composing the message, and utilizing the tone meter tool for constructive communication.
To begin sending a message, navigate to the messages section in the menu bar. Then, tap the blue circle icon to initiate your message.

Next, choose the recipient for your message, whether it's a co-parent, a child, or a third party. Enter the subject of your message, and proceed to compose the content. As you type, be attentive to the tone meter bar, which may flag sections of your message.

If the tone meter bar flags any part of your message, indicated by red bars, click on these to view the specific sentences that need attention. By selecting the "suggestion" option, you will receive a revised version of the flagged sentence, crafted in a more concise and constructive tone.

After reviewing the suggested changes, click "apply suggestion" to update your message accordingly. Feel free to make any additional edits as needed. Once satisfied, click "send" to dispatch your message.
