Reauthorizing Shopify Credentials in Easy Ecom

This process walks you through logging into the Easy Ecom dashboard and reauthorizing your Shopify connection after a recent Shopify server downtime. Follow the steps in order, ensuring you are logged into your Shopify store in the same browser before reauthorizing.

Step 1: Access the Easy Ecom Dashboard Login

Go to this link. This will take you to the EasyEcom login page. Once there, enter your registered email address. If you have misplaced your login details, refer to the same email where both your email and password have been provided.

Step 2: Log In to Easy Ecom and Open Account Settings

After entering your credentials, log in to the Easy Ecom dashboard. Once logged in, go to the top-right corner of the dashboard and click on the three dots menu.

Within Account Settings, click on the Sync Channels tab.

Before proceeding, make sure you are already logged into your Shopify account in the same browser. This helps ensure a smooth reauthorization process.

Step 4: Reauthorize the Shopify Channel

In the Sync Channels tab, locate the line item labeled Shopify. Click on the Reauthorize button next to it.

Wait for the page to load completely. If you are redirected to a Shopify login page, log into your Shopify account there. If you are not redirected, simply allow the page to finish loading. Once it completes without errors, your Shopify credentials have been successfully reauthorized.
