This document outlines the process for utilizing an educational institution's digital system to manage attendance, share photos, post announcements, and provide updates to parents. It serves as a step-by-step guide for educators to ensure seamless communication and engagement with parents.
Instructors can initiate the process by scanning parents' QR codes using the ڤنداي ټکټ feature. This action automatically scans the QR code and marks the child as checked in. If a parent does not have the QR code, attendance can be taken manually through the app.

Open the activity, and by default, all children will be marked as absent. Instructors can click on the students who are present to mark them as present. Upon submitting the attendance, parents will be notified that their child has been checked in. Next, we will walk through the process of posting photos in the app.

Select the desired location if there are multiple options, and also choose the appropriate activity. From there, you can upload photos from your device or take them directly from your phone. Once the photos are uploaded, you can scroll through and tag all the students who appear in those photos.

Photos will only appear to parents for students who are tagged. After verifying that all students have been tagged, finish the tagging process. You can then add both a headline and a caption to the post, providing parents with insights into what their children did today and what they are seeing in the photo.

A breakdown of the students tagged in the photo is available at the top of the screen. If changes are necessary, select the edit button to make adjustments. Next, we will cover the process of posting announcements within the app.

In a similar manner, select a location and an activity. Announcements are intended as messages sent out to all parents of enrolled children in a particular class. Compose both the title and the content of the announcement.

You have the option to add an image to the announcement, which is optional. A breakdown at the top of the screen displays the number of students it will be sent to, and you can preview how it will appear in the parents' feed before posting it. The final communication tool to explore is the update feature.

Updates are designed to be flexible, allowing communication with one or multiple parents regarding one or multiple children. The character limit for updates is one thousand characters. You can attach a PDF or a photo, making it suitable for sharing progress, accomplishments, or daily reports.

Updates serve as an additional mechanism to keep parents informed. The final part of this demonstration involves viewing a mirror of what the parents' feed looks like on their side. Select your location and activities to see a list of all enrolled children. Use the filters to view individual children and see what was shared with their parents.

You can view the number of likes each post has received from parents. If you wish to view specific photos, you have the option to do so. This interface reflects exactly what the parent feed looks like.
