This document provides an overview and comparison between the Legacy Secret Server Cloud interface and the enhanced Secret Server Cloud hosted on the Delinea platform. The document outlines key functionalities and improvements introduced in the Delinea platform to streamline and enhance user experience.
Hello, my name is Cole Roberson, and as a sales engineer at Delinea, I will guide you through the differences between the Legacy Secret Server Cloud interface and the newly enhanced Secret Server Cloud hosted on the Delinea platform. I am excited to present these updates to you today.

The integration of Secret Server with the Delinea platform maintains the core functionality of secrets management as it has always operated in Secret Server. The difference lies in the added functionalities delivered by the platform, which I will highlight below. If required, you can still access your Secret Server Cloud URL.

In summary, we are integrating your users, groups, and roles into a new URL for logging in, which will serve as the future delivery suite for all of our products. Today, I will discuss six use cases, beginning with reporting.

We will review the SQL-based reporting from the Secret Server Legacy and then explore the platform's analytics features. Next, we will cover launching via native RDP and SSH, followed by our Remote Access Launcher, which is exclusively available on the platform.

The next topic is secret workflows. We will examine the basic workflows and introduce one of the new features on the Delinea platform, which is MFA on secrets. This includes session-based launching.

We will demonstrate secret-based launching and introduce the new inventory in the Delinea platform, offering an asset-centric view for your team. Finally, we'll conclude with unique features available only on the Delinea platform, such as the Delinea IRIS AI, our secure suite of intelligent automation.

The Delinea platform is an excellent tool for all users.

Before we proceed, here is a quick overview. You can see my Secret Server Cloud listed on this tab.

The Secret Server is displayed in light view, while my Delinea platform is accessed through this tab with a dark view. Both are connected to the same vaults, retrieving identical secrets.

Let's start with reporting. In Secret Server, reports are accessible through the Reports, Report List menu, displaying all our out-of-the-box reports. These reports run through SQL scripts, drawing real-time information from the Secret Server database.

You can edit these reports or create custom scripts. I'll show you an example of a live report displaying the desired information.

Now, on the Platform, the same reports are available. The Delinea platform also provides an analytics view that helps identify risky users, recognize behavioral changes, protect accounts proactively, and customize risk parameters.

This feature empowers you with greater control over identity security. Preconfigured reports and alerts are readily available.

Additionally, there's an IP map to view user login locations, tracking IPs, and displaying active secrets and login agents. Our next topic covers native launchers within Secret Server.

Let's find an account. Here is a domain account within my Active Directory. By selecting this account, you gain access to the RDP tool.

Opening the RDP or PuTTY applications for an SSH connection injects the necessary credentials. On the Delinea platform, you access the same secret and see the RDP Launcher button, along with an option to open with Remote Access.

Remote Access, a browser-based RDP and SSH solution, requires no VPN or additional software. It is ideal for remote workers, contractors, and vendors. Simply select Remote Access, choose a server, and launch it in a browser tab with auto-injected credentials.

There is no need to memorize or copy passwords; login is seamless.

Our next focus is secret workflows. In the Secret Server vault, you'll find legacy workflows like check in/check out, approval, and required comments. One workflow is absent, however.

In the Delinea platform, an additional folder under My Workflows is labeled MFA. This feature allows an MFA challenge before accessing a secret, providing layered security.

I'll demonstrate the functionality. Clicking the button prompts an MFA challenge. As an admin, you can set specific challenges at various steps.

The challenge may differ from the initial login, utilizing our Delinea authenticator app. I will proceed.

Approval is granted via phone, streamlining the login process.

Our next use case is session launching. With legacy Secret Server, choose an account and launch into your computer from the secret.

In the Delinea Platform, the inventory view is available. Navigate to the inventory tab for an asset-centric view of computers and VMs. This familiar view lets users select an import and launch with a secret or manual credentials.

Typically, launching with a secret is preferred; select credentials and launch.

This alternate method allows users to access their assets efficiently. The last tools we'll discuss are exclusive to the Platform, as they are shared services in our cloud architecture.

The first tool is Delinea IRIS, our rebranded AI suite for secure intelligent automation. Currently available in two areas, more use cases are in development and will be shared in the future.

Delinea Expert, the first feature, answers configuration questions and performs advanced tasks like generating API scripts. Access it via the familiar star icon, akin to AI tools like ChatGPT.

You can inquire about setting password requirements on a secret template, and it provides step-by-step guidance. Additionally, it generates developer scripts using REST API.

Paste the script to receive guidance on usage and authentication. This constitutes the first Delinea IRIS feature. The second feature involves auditing.

During session reviews, analyze transcriptions, create summaries, and identify activity using keywords. A heat map highlights areas of activity.

This example shows a GP update in the initial 18 seconds, pinpointing where to look and providing a session overview. The final example is within the Marketplace.

Access the Marketplace from the left side of the screen. This Platform-exclusive feature lists all integrations.

The number of integrations is growing daily, currently at 523, showcasing how various companies integrate their software solutions with Delinea.

Additionally, Delinea supports numerous applications, offering insights into our solutions. The Download Center is also available.

It houses all software necessary for your active Delinea Platform solutions. Thank you for your attention today. Here's a quick recap of our discussion.

If you have questions, feel free to reach out to me, your account executive, or anyone at Delinea. We are here to provide more details or information on these features.
