This document provides a detailed process for creating a Preventive Maintenance (PM) checklist. By following these steps, users can ensure that their PM checklists are comprehensive and tailored to specific equipment and maintenance frequencies.
Welcome! In this section, you will learn how to create a Preventive Maintenance (PM) checklist.

On the main page, navigate to "PM Template" under "Preventive Maintenance." Click on "Add Template" and proceed to fill in the necessary fields.

Begin by entering the name of the checklist. It is advisable to also include the frequency period; for this example, it will be set to monthly.

Next, include the name of the equipment. This helps in easily identifying the checklist, especially when dealing with multiple checklists with similar names. Choose "template type": selecting "one equipment" means the checklist is generated for all linked equipment only once.

If you choose "multiple equipment," individual checklists will be generated for each linked equipment. For this example, we will proceed with "one equipment." Note that the checklist will be automatically generated on the day you create the PM Template.

You may also select custom dates. You have the option to assign one or multiple pieces of equipment to your checklist. Additionally, specify the location or locations relevant to the checklist.

Select one or multiple locations that will be linked to your checklist. For assigned users, you can select one or more individuals, depending on the team required for this checklist.

For frequency, options include daily (generated every day), weekly (custom days of the week), and monthly (specific day of the month).

For yearly frequency, select a date in the year for annual generation. In this example, we'll proceed with the monthly option based on this template. Consider the available field options.

Review the field options: "Yes and No" allows users to respond with either yes or no, while "Text" requires a text response.

For "Image," users must respond with a photo from their device or gallery. The "Number" field requires a numeric response.

For "Single Choice," provide multiple options, allowing users to select only one. "Multiple Choice" enables the selection of more than one option.

Congratulations! You now know how to create a Preventive Maintenance checklist.
