
This document provides a concise guide on how to access and utilize the Scorecard feature within the Gainsight platform. Follow the instructions below to successfully navigate through the process of reviewing customer details and scorecards.
Begin by logging into the Gainsight platform using your username and password credentials.

Upon logging in, you will arrive at the Gainsight dashboard, where you can review all pertinent details at an overview level. You will see a list of customers; clicking on a specific customer will display comprehensive details about their journey and timeline. Locate the "Scorecard" field in the top tab.

By clicking on the "Scorecard" field, you can view the customer's scorecard, observe weekly changes in the score, and identify the drivers influencing these scores.
