This document explains how to configure your Calendly hotline event to use Google Meet (or another video platform) and how to connect your Google Calendar so availability stays in sync between Calendly and Google Calendar.
Click on your hotline event in Calendly to open its settings.

In the event settings, locate the Location section.

Select your preferred video conferencing option. It is recommended to use Google Meet, but you can also choose Zoom or another available provider.

After selecting your location option, save the changes to your event.

Exit the event configuration view.

Navigate to Availability and Calendar Settings in Calendly.

If your Google Calendar is not yet connected, connect it here. Once connected, your availability and event changes will sync both ways between Calendly and Google Calendar.
