This document outlines the process for CDK employees to access demo logins on CDK University and share specific links with customers. By following these steps, employees can ensure they are using the correct credentials and providing customers with the appropriate links for seamless navigation.
To obtain the correct link for customers, CDK employees need to access CDK University using a customer demo login. Begin by navigating to Compass and selecting "Workspace." In the right customer section, scroll down to "Learning Services" and click on it. On the main customer page, scroll down to the "Additional Learning Resources" section to find the link to the CDK University demo logons.

Click on the link for demo logons. This will open a new page displaying the usernames and passwords that CDK employees can use to log in to CDK University and view the platform as customers do.

For this example, use the username autodealer-us@cdk.com to log in at cdkglobaluniversity.com.

Enter the username and password at cdk.com and click "Sign In." You will now be logged in as a customer, viewing the customer version of CDK University. To share a specific page, proceed to the desired page.

If you wish to share a link to the "How To" library, navigate to the page you want to share, such as the "How To" library page.

Simply copy the URL from the address bar at the top. This URL is what you will provide to a customer.

When customers click the URL or link, if they are already logged in to CDK University, it will direct them straight to the specified page.

If customers are not logged in to CDK University, they will need to log in first. After logging in, they will be taken to the page you shared.
