Adding Service Types to CoBro Match Component

This document provides detailed instructions on adding service types to the CoBro Match component using the Compass interface. By following these steps, users can efficiently input one or multiple service records.

Step 1

To add a service type to the Match component, navigate to the main menu located on the top left-hand corner. Select "Match," then choose "Utilities."

Step 2

From the Utilities menu, select "Services."

Step 3

Click on "New" in the top right-hand corner. You have the option to enter a service type one-by-one. If you need to add multiple service types, click on the "More" option, which enables you to enter multiple records. Ensure to save each entry.

Step 4

Proceed to enter the service type "Enrichment Activities" and then click on "Save."

Step 5

With the "More" option activated, an "Action Successful" message will appear in the bottom left-hand corner. You can now enter additional records. Enter the second service type and click on "Save."

Step 6

After entering all desired service types into your Match component, click on "Close" to complete the process.
