This document outlines the procedure for managing and organizing files within the Sales Toolbox. It is important to follow these steps carefully to ensure proper file handling and access for all team members. The aim is to streamline the workflow while maintaining file integrity.
To begin, navigate to the Sales Toolbox.

Observe the current setup without making any changes. Take notes as needed.

Modify the layout to enhance visibility and accessibility for all users.

Access the Sales Toolbox and locate the master file.

All files in this section are shared. Do not modify or delete any files, as it may affect access for other designers.

Review the files for any unauthorized modifications or copies. Notice any additional versions that may exist.

It is necessary to clean up any unnecessary files. Ensure the correct file version is downloaded.

Determine the correct file version. Proceed by right-clicking and selecting the download option.

Open the downloaded file, identified as Master CTO.

Verify that the file is indeed Master CTO.

Confirm that the file layout is as expected.

MJ will explain the meaning of terms like CTO, PQB, and other tab labels.

Transfer the document to your personal S drive. Open Outlook, access the app launcher via the nine dots in the corner, and proceed.

Access OneDrive by selecting the cloud icon and save the CTO file onto your documents.

Create or upload a file within your directory. Example provided for Dan.

Designate the folder as green, indicating sales, and name it as CTO_PQB_measure_sheet.

Finalize by saving the file in the designated green folder.

This green folder is now your personalized storage location for the CTO file.

Use the "Save As" function to select the appropriate folder.

Locate the newly created folder, such as "Dan Renuity", ensuring it replaces any previous copies.

Identify and mark this as the master file.

Proceed to save the master file within this folder.

Once saved and downloaded, any edits should be carried out on your personal drive to ensure full editing capabilities.

You can now edit the content, such as adjusting numerical values within the document.

Confirm that the document is editable in your personal storage.

Conclude the process.
