    This document outlines the procedure for managing and organizing files within the Sales Toolbox. It is important to follow these steps carefully to ensure proper file handling and access for all team members. The aim is to streamline the workflow while maintaining file integrity.

    To begin, navigate to the Sales Toolbox.
