To begin, obtain a one-time password from the admin to access your Club Tomato account for the first time.

Log in using the one-time password and set your own password. After logging in, proceed to create your outlets and loyalty programs within the Club Tomato dashboard. Let's start by adding your first outlet, located on Church Street for Cherry Bucks.

Input the manager's name, address, and phone number. This completes the creation of your first outlet in Club Tomato.

Create a loyalty program for the outlet. For example, establish a program where customers receive a free coffee after purchasing three drinks. Set it up so that after collecting three stamps, a reward is granted.

You can customize the stamp icon by choosing a coffee color, or by uploading a custom logo if preferred.

Complete the setup of your first loyalty program and map it to any of your outlets. In this case, map it to the only outlet created. With this mapping, both the loyalty program and the outlet are ready for use.

Your staff can now log in using a QR code. Add staff members by setting up their personal PIN, name, email ID, and assigning them to their specific outlet. This enables your staff to log into Club Tomato and manage loyalty rewards efficiently.
