This document outlines the features of the HR mobile app, providing an efficient way for users to manage renewals, insurance policies, member requests, and more. The app offers quick access to a summary of activities, benefit utilization, and profile management, all designed to improve the HR experience.
Welcome! This prototype of the HR mobile app showcases the initial actions required to use the application.

The app provides details on renewals, due renewals, insurance information, and the remaining days until insurance policy renewal. Additionally, users can manage member requests and view active members, dependents, and claims in the activity section.

Clicking on the quick summary provides an overview of active members and progress in addition, modification, and deletion tasks. Users can easily switch between tabs here, and the displayed percentage indicates the increase for the current month.

Users can view engagement activity and check benefit utilization to see how many have availed the benefits. By clicking on Yearly Signups, users can access information on active signups, logins, email delivery, and app downloads. In the quick actions section, there is an option to download or share the e-card.

To download or share an e-card with members, first select the product associated with the e-card. Then, choose the members and click on download to get the e-card or click on Share to distribute it.

To share the e-card, select the Members tab. For an optimal viewing experience, use a desktop or laptop screen. Users can also download the MIS directly from this section if needed.

In the profile section, users can toggle between the admin and member modules. Once the member module is selected, a similar app view is displayed as shown for members.

In the claims section, a similar module is presented as in the member section. Users should access this module on a desktop or laptop to perform comprehensive tasks effectively.

These are some of the key features available in the HR module. We look forward to your feedback and sign-off.
