Mycroft Trust Center Configuration

The Mycroft Trust Center is a dedicated page designed to effectively share your organization's security posture and compliance status with prospects, customers, and partners. This tool allows administrators to configure and manage security information, ensuring that stakeholders are well-informed about how you protect data and comply with industry standards.

Step 1

To begin, navigate to the Trust Center section within the Mycroft platform, which can be found in the left side menu. This is where administrators can configure and share information about your organization's security posture with relevant parties.

Step 2

Select the Editor option. You will see a small icon at the top right of each section, which allows administrators to make necessary changes. It is recommended to thoroughly complete each section, particularly the FAQ segment, as it can help address common questions and build a comprehensive answer bank for future reference.

Step 3

When uploading resources, users will be able to view what is available. However, these resources can only be downloaded once an NDA is accepted and access is granted. To illustrate this in the Trust Center, a Request Access button is displayed at the top and next to each resource.

Step 4

When a request for access is submitted, it will appear under Access in the Mycroft platform. Upon granting access, you may set an automatic expiry date or choose No Expiry. Additionally, there is an option to decline requests if access is no longer necessary. The Approved Users tab allows for proactive access granting to stakeholders without them needing to request it individually.

Step 5

The Trust Center provides a comprehensive overview of your security posture and is especially useful if you are in the process of achieving compliance. For instance, while awaiting a SOC 2 audit, you can upload supplementary resources such as auditor letters, penetration test results, and other relevant documents.
