Comprehensive Event Report Creation

This document provides a detailed procedure for generating a comprehensive event journey report, which includes the selection of specific fields, templates, and scheduling of reports. The following steps ensure that users can efficiently track the progress and details of candidates through various stages of an event.

Step 1

Begin by identifying the event for which you need the entire journey report. Once you have selected the event, you have the option to either choose a pre-saved template or manually select the desired fields.

Review the stages associated with the selected event. To obtain comprehensive details for a particular candidate across all stages, ensure that each stage is selected. For the eligibility stage, the registration form will be listed; for screening, the documentation form will be shown; for interviews, the feedback forms will be displayed; and for tests, the scores will be included.

You can request up to a maximum of one hundred fields. Additionally, you can filter candidates based on the role they applied for or their current stage. Once the selections are made, you will see an estimated record count in the report and a preview of how the report will appear.

The preview will display only the first five rows. After reviewing, click 'Report' to initiate the process. As the report is processing, you can proceed to explore the templates section.

To create a template for the event journey, select the event and then the relevant stages. Choose all the necessary fields required for your report.

Once the template is saved, you can schedule the report for the event journey. Set the frequency to one hour, at a specified time such as 1:00 PM.

For daily reports, you can include multiple users who need to receive the report. Select the appropriate template again to create the report accordingly.

After the schedule is set, the report will be generated and executed at the specified time. Once generated, you will have the option to view the report.

Upon viewing the report, you will find the default columns, including screening fields, interview fields, eligibility fields, and registration fields.
