PingCastle SaaS Integration Overview

This document provides a detailed walkthrough of the new SaaS version of PingCastle within the Netwrix OneSecure platform. You'll learn how to access and utilize the risk assessment features, understand the integration with PingCastle agents, and gain insights on threat remediation, all while leveraging the benefits of OneSecure.

Step 1

Upon logging into your portal, you have access to the risk assessment feature, alongside monitoring and alerts. Within the Risk Assessment section, a variety of risks are displayed.

Step 2

Certain risks are highlighted as being powered by PingCastle, indicated by a specific flag. This functionality is enabled by deploying PingCastle agents on-premises, which transmit data to the cloud.

Step 3

PingCastle integration also provides additional benefits. You can view individual threat trends over time and access remediation guidance by selecting the Remediate button.

Step 4

By selecting the remediation option, you can view a summary of the risk and receive step-by-step remediation instructions, typically utilizing PowerShell or other easily accessible techniques. Furthermore, you can access the full PingCastle report directly from the cloud, in addition to benefiting from the comprehensive features of OneSecure, as more Netwrix capabilities will be integrated into this platform moving forward.
