Efficient QR Code Scanning with CoBro and Compass

This document outlines the process of scanning a student's QR code during an event using the CoBro and Compass systems. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Step 1

To begin scanning a student's individual QR code, navigate to the event page. Once there, select the scan with camera icon to activate your device's camera. Proceed to scan the student's QR code as shown in the example below.

Step 2

After the QR code is successfully scanned, you will hear a confirmation sound indicating completion. Verify the student's credentials on the subsequent page, including their name and date of birth. If these details are correct, prompt the student to proceed with signing.

Step 3

Select the confirm option to complete the check-in process for the student.
