
This document explains how to use TaskGorilla’s sourcing feature to find, filter, review, save, and invite suitable candidates for an open role.
Once

you are logged into your TaskGorilla account, go

to the Sourcing tab from the main navigation.
In the Sourcing tab, you can search for the specific role you are looking to

hire for.
Enter a detailed title (for example, “Senior Product Designer”) to generate a list of candidates who match that role.
For each candidate in the results, review the following information to assess suitability:


You can further refine your candidate list using filters:

can filter by test; let’s say you want a candidate who

has taken the Figma test.

For example, if you set the experience filter to 8+ years (when a previous search was 7+), the list will be narrowed to candidates with 10+ years of experience.
Once you identify a

candidate you like, save them to keep track of strong prospects.
After saving, they will

appear

in the Saved tab

, where you can easily revisit and manage them.
From the Saved tab, you

can choose to

invite your candidate to the role. This action will consume

one credit.
